1.Service Description / 服务说明

GlotTale provides an AI-powered translation bridge for creators to reach a global audience. We are a tool and a platform, not a traditional publisher.

2.Creator Sovereignty & Ownership / 创作者主权与所有权

• Ownership: You retain 100% of the copyright to your original work. GlotTale claims no ownership.

• License: By posting, you grant GlotTale a non-exclusive, worldwide license to translate and display your work. You can revoke this license at any time by deleting your content.

• Non-Exclusivity: You are free to publish your work on any other platform.

3.AI Translation Disclaimer / AI 翻译免责声明

Translations are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the perfection of literary style or cultural nuance. GlotTale is not liable for misunderstandings caused by translation errors.

4.Payments and Revenue / 支付与收益

• Revenue Share: Currently, GlotTale offers a 0% commission for early pioneers (up to a specific threshold).

• Third-Party Providers: Payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal). We are not responsible for their service stability or fees.

5.Prohibited Conduct / 禁止行为

You may not post content that is illegal, infringes on others' intellectual property, or promotes hate speech. We reserve the right to remove such content immediately.
