1.How to Report an Infringement / 如何举报侵权

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

• 1. Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.

• 2. Location of Infringement: The specific URL(s) on GlotTale where the infringing material is located.

  侵权位置：侵权内容在 GlotTale 上的具体 URL 链接。

• 3. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

• 4. Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.

  诚实信用声明：声明您真诚相信该材料的使用未经版权所有者授权。

• 5. Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

  准确性声明：声明通知中的信息准确无误，且您已获得版权所有者的授权，如有伪证愿受处罚。

• 6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

3.Our Response / 我们的处理

Upon receipt of a valid notice, GlotTale will:

1. Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
   快速删除或禁止访问涉嫌侵权的内容。
2. Notify the content uploader of the takedown.
   通知内容上传者相关下架信息。
3. Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
   在适当情况下，终止屡次侵权者的账户。

4.Counter-Notification / 反通知

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification to the email above, including a justification and your contact details.
